I'm short so it's always been difficult for me to find a bench that is the right height for hip thrusts and this box is perfect. It is sturdy yet cushioned. At only 5'1" I am able to find a comfortable spot for my back when doing my exercises.

I’ve tried using my workout bench with padding, with a yoga blanket folded over several times and it was uncomfortable and inconvenient. After each set of hip thrust had to adjust the padding. Not anymore this is a simple but convenient tool perfect for hip thrusts. I’m 5’4†the size works well and it’s comfortable to use.

I bought medium and it was the perfect size for me. 5’5â€. Makes doing hip thrusts so much more comfortable. The only thing is it’s light so you have to put it up against something so it doesn’t shift. But that isn’t a problem for me.

Great for heavy hip thrusts! Only issue is that it does slip on the floor when you push back on it. Simple fix is put it against a wall or put a plate behind it. Super lite and easy to move around.

I bought this mainly for hip thrust and it works really well. It is short girl friendly meaning you won't need to put anything under your feet to do the exercise properly. It also works well for Bulgarian Split squats

It's smaller and lighter than I thought it would be, but it does the job as long as I put it up against the wall. I arrived with some minor imperfections on the top surface. Just looked like it had been wrinkled a bit.

It's a block of foam wrapped in vinyl and mine has some imperfections, seems really expensive for what it is
