I have installed 2 of these into speakers I have built (No... despite the description, crossovers have nothing whatsoever to do with DVD Players). Crossovers for DIY use are routinely laid out badly, but this one is done well, and thus far they've handled everything I've thrown at it. The speakers are punchy and the sound is extremely clean (most of that comes from the upstream components, of course, but the crossover didn't do anything to diminish that). I'm running it at the 0dB setting -- didn't need any additional boost for the tweeters. The only complaint is a total lack of documentation (which would normally require the removal of at least 1 star), but I'm overlooking that since the product description contained on this page does provide all the info I really needed: power handling, impedance, and the crossover frequencies. Also: ignore that nonsensical statement in the description about mid-range speaker size... that's irrelevant and I've submitted a request for a correction: crossovers split up frequencies among your speaker components. It's up to you to match the frequency responsiveness of your speakers to a suitable crossover... regardless of size. To that end, I employed a 6-inch mid-range, and it's working just fine, thanks.

I ordered some of these crossovers while rebuilding and customizing an old pair of Pioneer floor speakers and the project turned out great because of them. The seller also provided additional wiring diagrams for me when I asked them a question about it!

Had an old pair of Pyle 3 way home speakers in my attic for over15 years to to my shop and hooked them up to a Onkyo.Well it fried the all the crossovers in one when cranked it up.Replacing both with a new these crossovers, horn and tweeter made great difference.

I used this for my non-functional Design Acoustic A-6 speakers. Now after installing this crossover the speaker rocks. Highly recommend. No soldering required too.Purchased one more last week. Now he pair is complete and it’s simply awesome. True 1980s experience.

It’s just OK. For a little more, you can buy the OEM crossover which has better capacitors design for the speaker.

I got this for the price and crossover points. Gota say im not super impressed with the sound quality. It doesn't have stand offs. Gota say at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I think im going to go with the Dayton Audio 3 way that is 350/3500 crossover points. This is my learning curve of diy home audio
