I recently purchased the Hiseeu cameras for my home security system, and I’ve been impressed so far. The setup was pretty straightforward—just followed the instructions. The video quality is great, especially for the price. The resolution is clear enough to identify faces, and the night vision works well, even in low-light conditions. This is an AMAZING set up and in my opinion cannot be beat for the price. The functionality is amazing. This has 360 motion so I can turn every angle. The visibility on the screens is amazing, crisp, clear, amazing quality. Night vision is almost as clear as day. It dont get any better than this. No subscription needed AND there is no china app that has malware!!!!!! I LOVE this set up.

Upon receiving the product, one camera was defective..would not work. After trouble shooting, contacted the vendor. Vendor will send a replacement camera. The rest of the cameras have good picture quality and we’re easy to set up and is adequate for the purpose we wanted. Thank you Hiseeu

I purchased this new system to replace an older system by a different manufacturer. My new Hiseeu system has superior night vision and triple the amount of storage capacity. The quality is outstanding country my older system. This system was plug and play using my existing BNI cables. I upgraded to a system with motion detection, I can pan and tilt using either the onscreen controls, web account and even my mobile app. I even called customer service to ask a few questions and they were very polite and helpful, hard to find these days.

just one piece of advice, don't buy and don't waste your money buying this camera: Hiseeu 3K PTZ Wired Security Camera System Outdoor. not only is it very disruptive, but there is no audio, but also, the customer service is terrible. I asked for their help, and I was sent to a Chinese website where they took forever to answer. I addressed the problem to them, instead of helping me, they say sorry for the situation, and asked me if I need help to buy another one. I hired the technicians for helping me install the camera, and they ended up changing their original cable so that the image came out clearer but still no audio back. it's a waste of money. I lost more than 1000 dollars in hardware and camera installation with no result. and the customer service is horrible. I'm so disappointed.

It’s a good starter system. But requires more advanced knowledge for set up. Definitely check the reviews online before purchasing. Camera clarity is great. Biggest problem is finding a user friendly / compatible app to view your camera.

I have had this camera going for about a week now, and I have had no issues with it. The set up was easy once I planned out where and how to run the cables. Downloaded the app and can see every camera anytime of day. Haven't figured out how to set up alerts yet. All in all a good price for the purchase.

Ordered security system. Set up was easy and worked great. One of the camera stopped working so I reached to the company. They were very helpful and understanding and I now have a replacement camera free of charge. Would highly recommend this company.

I have had a few DIY CCTV systems and this has the biggest bang for your buck out of all of them. Easy to set up and the APP works very well. Especially like the remote notifications for movement and the ability to move the camera from the appI have also contacted customer support to ask a question about adding another camera and Jason at Hiseeu has been quick to reply and gave me the information i needed straight awayHighly recommended for anyone that wants a good and low cost system

Really pleased with this camera system, it was easy to set up and connected instantly to the app!It has great range, I have been 2 hours away and still able to check in with no issues!!Camera picture quality is very clear and I love that it’s colour, even at night when the shop is dark I can still see very well when viewing in the app.

The price was important and this system with 4 cameras and all wiring provided was excellent.The system is very easy to connect. I tested all four cameras before installation.The picture is very good.The night vision is exactly the same as day but grey and white, all very clear. You can increase/ decrease with the zoom.You can take snapshots of moments of interest.More then enough wiring is provided to run across the loft and down to the hardrive.The app on the phone is as good as tv picture. We have it set up on two mobile devices plus the TV.You can pan and tilt easily to check the area for all live recording.Easy to replay.The customer service has been first class for any help I've asked for.The motion detection and range is excellent.I think everything is positive and wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again.

We purchase this DVR system to replace my out dated Lorex system. DVR worked extremely well for about 3 months. The system worked but could not view over Guard Viewer app. Sent email for support, after several email we discovered the DVR had an internal hardware problem with network. Hiseeu replaced the DVR. My system is up and work as it should.Thank You for all your support and getting my security system back working.Satisfied customer.Gary
