Pros: Well, I will say that the bumper protector/step is very nice and priced well. They did a good job. If you have a smaller truck or car with a 2.5†receiver, the locking pin that comes with this product WILL work. A 2.5 inch receiver is measured from one outside edge to the other. A 2.5 inch receiver accommodates 2 inch hitches. I show a 3.0 inch receiver being measured in the pictures as the outside measurement is 3.5 inches.In my experience, the seller is reputable.Worth noting:1. The locking pin that goes through the truck hitch is not long enough to work on large trucks with 3.0†receivers like the one on my new 2024 Ford F250 Platinum. I purchased a 3.5 inch locking pin for larger trucks like the Ford F250, 350, etc.. , as you can see in picture, a F250 receiver is 3.0†wide. Large truck owners with the 3.0†receivers will need to purchase a 2.5 inch reducer for this 2†bumper protector step. Note: before ordering a locking pin, look closely to make sure the 3.5†is measured between the closed locking mechanism and the end stop as pictured. I hope this helps.

This step is very sturdy and well built. We do not feel unsafe while standing on it at the back of the van. Highly recommend due to rounded corners, secure, adjustable fit and overall width.

Do not fall for the three stars listed for this Hitch. How only two one-star reviews can equal three stars I have no clue. I have now returned two of these Hitches. The first one came with the Hitch Pin Holes Drilled off-center, so the Hitch Pin will not go straight through. I had to request a replacement. I received the second replacement on January 3rd and the holes are better on this one, however quality control isn’t there. I am now having to send the second replacement Hitch back due to the Welds being off. When you install the Hitch, it's not straight with the bumper, it's at a slant when you look at it from behind due to the poor welding. I'm done look elsewhere.Cesar Pita review, Read my Review. the pin isn’t short. The hitch pin holes are drilled off-center so the pin won’t go all the way through. It took me two replacement orders and the second was bad also. Return the whole thing and get a refund.
