Easy to use. Works great. Doesn't take up too much space. Tea tastes great, adjustable for strength desired. Brews quickly. Nice lid. Only concern is durability of the pitcher....particularly the handle....dont know if it would withstand being dropped. Ordered a second one for my son. Shipping takes longer than usual.

I really enjoy my iced tea. My favorite tea comes from a 1 gallon jar with spigot I make sun tea in. Problem is in Colorado...I can't put it outside where it's warm and sunny enough to do that year round.So I purchased this. It doesn't make as much as my 1 gallon jar and the tea isn't quite as good but it still does a really good job and it's easy and quicker than doing the sun tea thing. I do all sorts of iced teas - my favorite is rooibos with some fresh mint from my garden. Or making tea and adding a bit of TRUE Lime, Grapefruit or Orange to give it a hint of fruit flavor without being sweet. I can do all that (even add fresh mint) with this tea maker.I've used it extensively and have had zero issues. It just keeps cranking out great tea. Cleaning it out is pretty easy too and it doesn't make any big messes. I get a little OCD on having the water remaining behind in it so I use some Dawn spray inside it and then rinse the entire inside of the machine out and leave it upside down in my dish rack to dry before next use.Definitely would recommend this to anyone - great product especially for the price.

Secure packaging. Lightweight. Concerned over thin plastic pitcher, but worked well and made good tea. A bit pricey at $60 for the durability.

I have been searching for a 3 quart, hard plastic tea pitcher for a long time. This machine comes with one. The pitcher is perfect, the machine, meh. I usually pour 1 qt boiling water over 4 tea bags in the pitcher, let it steep for about five minutes, then fill the rest of the way with water to make perfect iced tea. The reservoir on this machine doesn't hold a whole quart, so it takes 6 bags to make less "concentrate." The machine is also a lot slower than my usual method. Kept the pitcher, donated the machine.

Makes really great iced tea with very little effort. We have enjoyed many glasses but would like to purchase another pitcher.

Firstly this was not stainless steel as advertised. Secondly, and most importantly, the item had been used and was not cleaned. Will add this seller to my no buy list.
