Awesome! All the features work accordingly, the hot water does get hot but the cold water only gives you a cup of cold water before just being cool then room temp. Not bad if you are not filling up say a thermos or big water cup for daily use.

This machine is cheaply made of all plastic parts. After unboxing, I wanted to send it back immediately. However, despite the economic build, I gave it a try anyway. After less than 3 months of use, this thing leaked water EVERYWHERE! I went through the troubleshooting tips, and none of this fixed the problem. Now, it seems that I cannot be reimbursed for this. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. Also, there was a charge of 30.00 for delivery...WHY?? it weighs less than 5 lbs. This is a rip off!!

We have a small office in one building and use this for customers.it is great with hot and cold water you can pick. and nice professional looking.

It heats up the water really good, but the cold setting only chills it a little bit.

We put it in an upstairs bedroom so we don't have to go downstairs every time we want a drink. Water is really cold and refreshing.
