1, reset hoverbarod to Product factory status(please see the card in pacakge about how to reset).
2, contact seller to request new charger.(within warranty time)
3, contact seller to exchange new one. (within warranty time)
4, use different smarphone to test, find pair and contect bluetooth.
5, make sure adjust sound volum, not 0.
6, if receive damage. contact seller and provide picture to exchange(within warranty time)
