Working as overkill in a 5.5g planted aquarium in a room with large temperature flucations. Keeps it at a consistent temp easily even when ambient temps drop.

Keeps the temperature pretty consistent and I like that it’s easy to adjust the temperature, you don’t even have to get your hands wet. I like the size of them, they don’t take up a bunch of room and have a sleek design. I even bought another for my new tank.

I like this heater. I have had no problems with it. It is keeping the temp nearly spot on. It's set for 80 degrees. It reads between 79.8 - 80.3. I have a a glass attached thermometer on my tanks as well, andtheir temps are reading in the same range. I have two of these, one is in a different size. That one worksjust as well as this one.I don't want to get my hopes up or jinx myself, but I am hoping I finally found the heater I have been searching for, the one the works correctly and keeps my fish warm and safe. So far, so Good.

It works great so far, and it can also display temperature! But I do not understand why there are gaps on the heater. I have to shield them with net in case my tiny shrimps may enter.

I bought this heater for my 5 gallon aquarium and it works like a charm. It's easy to set up and set. I would recommend this brand.

I prefer the old school heaters that are glass tubes. However, those don't leave much room for fish or anything else in nano tanks. This is the perfect solution for nano tanks and best of all, with the thermostat outside of the tank, you never get your hands wet when adjusting the temperature.

I have one in each tank (2.5g, 5g) i love the size and control so its easy to monitor. The temps dont fluctuate and it has been cold here (low 50’s)

This little heater keeps my fish tank at a constant 79F. I'm happy the heater is working while I'm cycling the tank before I add fish.

This is my second Hygger heater. I have a 75w on my 15 gallon that has been working perfectly so bought this 50w heater for my 5 gallon shrimp tank. It has been keeping my tank perfectly at 23 degrees Celsius with no issues. I like how the temp probe display setting is on the cord itself and not on the heater on this one since when adjusting temps is a lot easier to do then bending down and adjusting and having to look in the tank. Its small compact size doesn't take up a lot of real estate unlike a lot of the other brand tube versions which is good when you are doing nano tanks. Very pleased with this product. :)

This heater is perfect. The temperature control is fantastic and it's easy to use. The water temperature stays intact and is really easy to control temperature. Hugger makes great products for aquarium. I tried some of their other accessories and it's great.

The reading of the water temperature is fluctuating between 72 and 78 degrees as I just sit and watch it. Meanwhile the thermometer in the tank tells me the water is 72 degrees. So my initial thought is that this won’t be able to keep my tank at the desired temperature.

J'ai acheté pour une 5 gallons/20L.C'est dans une pièce quand même chauffé. L'écart de température entre la pièce et la température souhaitée de l'eau est légère, il a pourtant du mal à garder la température stable.Réglé à 77 il fluctue constamment entre 72 et 82, même à l'intérieur d'une même heure.Je l'ai quand même gardé parce que je n'avais pas envie de me casser la tête pour les échanges et que je me suis dit que pour conditionner l'eau pour les changements d'eau ça serait ok, mais j'ai remis un AQQA dans mon aquarium.
