I purchased this so my toilet hardware would match my faucets and showerhead. Now it does! Easy to install, and we have had no issues with it.

Liked the gasket on the square part that fit in hole on toilet and round gasket on the other side. I did have to put it in a vise and bend the rod to match the one in my Glacier bay Toilet. Works Great!

It took a fair bit of bending to get it to fit tank correctly. Then I discovered that the rectangular stop was too large for the rectangular hole in my tank. I had to get a hand file and file down the plastic to get it to fit. I ended up not getting it to fit all the way as i was afraid I might break it.I was surprised because I assumed the rectangular hole was fairly standard.

Good quality, I liked that it’s brass and won’t rot out. It installed easily and only needed a slight bend to fit my toilet.

Received and was eager to get installed as my old one was broken. What should have been a 5 minute job turned into a 30 minute project. Installed on toilet and thought that I was done, but when I tried to flush, it wouldn't lift the flapper. Thought it just needed adjustment. Tried everything to try and get it to work, but never could. Finally discovered that this isn't designed for a full flush toilet. By that I mean that it's designed where you have to hold it down until the tank empties. There a piece inside the actual handle that only allowed it to pull the flapper up so far and no matter how many ways you adjusted it, it wasn't going to get any better. At this point in stuck with a product that's not usable and not returnable because of trying to get it to work and without a major modification to get it to work. I should have just went to Home Depot and purchased one.
