The tong is substantial. Ever devise. The extendable hood, while clever, isn’t very strong to support much weight. But all, good product.

The snake tong seems well built and would hold up for years. Came with extra cable and more. Just got it today and haven't had the chance to use it yet. On the other hand the snake hook seems cheaply made and fragile. On the other hand it does close up into a small pole easy for any kind of transportation. I would definitely buy again.

Great device. Well constructed. Even use it to hang my bird feeders at camp. However, if using to handle, pick a shorter one. Need long arms to get to the end. Going to buy a shorter one just for more up close handling.

I ordered the IC ICLOVER 52" Snake Tong + 39.3" Snake Hook, 52" Upgrade Extra Long Professional Grabber & 39.3" Collapsible Snake Hook. The box was torn, the snake tong was bent and the snake hook wasn't even in the box. How can I get this fixed?UPDATE: IC CLOVER did go ahaed and ship the Snake Hook that was missing, Thank you.

The snake hook could be a little more sturdy, but it works. The ting came with an extra cable, so not sure if it breaks easily. At least it has repair parts versus having to buy a new one.
