It's easy to assemble, took maybe 10 minutes. It's absolutely amazing I should have already owned one.The chair is small but I prefer to stand. Simply 100% worth the money. The heat is perfect on 9. Steams up quickly.

As soon as this arrived we put the "tent" up. This was a really snug fit so it did take a little while to put together. The cover needs to be put on from the bottom first and it is worth noting that the zippers have pulls on both sides which seemed to get stuck when zipping the "tent" around the poles. The poles even though they were mentioned in the instructions with the various sizes they were not labelled so take great care in putting the poles in the correct position. I put one label on one pole of each size which helped me. Included with this sauna was a small mat and a small folding chair as seen in the photo. The next step was to set up the steamer machine (steam engine). I was stuck as the instructions are not at all clear on how to set this up. I have never used a portable sauna so I had no idea how this worked. I discovered how to do this after looking at some customer videos. There are 2 x tubes and a yellow looking connector. Take the yellow connector and unscrew the yellow plastic bolt. One of the tubes attaches to the white round container. This container is where you can add "Chinese medicine" etc. from my understanding from the instructions. I wasn't concerned too much about this part as I was only interested in the steam/sauna aspect so I need to do a little research on this. The other end of the tube (that is attached to the white container) is attached to the yellow connector. Thread the connector end of the tube through the Velcro covered hole in the tent. Go to the outside of the tent and attach the yellow bolt to the yellow connector that is poking through the tent. Attach the second tube to the end of the yellow connector and the other end of the tube to the lid of the steamer (steam engine). **Please note that I caught my puppy chewing the yellow connector hence the rough looking end.** Next follow the directions with regards to starting up the steamer (steam engine). There is just enough room for both myself and my wife, it is a tight squeeze. If you are using this individually there is plenty of space and I have to say I am glad I went for this size sauna. Overall we both love this even though we struggled with setting this up and feel the price is great considering what you get.

Obviously I will be using this much more during the winter than the summer months. Really appreciated this when coming in from walking the dogs when it was freezing outside. It wasn't very difficult to set up and I can fill the tank and plug it in and set it to start before taking the dogs out first thing in the morning. Getting out of a warm bed and braving the cold winter is not fun and I only used to be able to not feel chilled to the bone by spending time in a hot shower. Now I can take them out in my warm robe and know that I can just peel that off and step into the steam and let out an "ahhhhh". I will be leaving this set up all winter because I am a cold intolerant person. Once I have "defrosted" from being outside, I can use the remote to turn the heat down and start doing some stretches. This steam helps loosen up the tightness and I can do some small stretches, It doesn't fully make up for there not being a gym nearby with a full steamroom that I can do full body yoga stretches in but I can stretch a muscle at a time in this. I placed this in the corner of the room so I can lean on the side of this against the wall to get deeper stretches than I ever could without the heat. I'm not much of a fan of the little chair they include and have my own bench I bring in to do lower body stretches and then I can put that outside and sit on a mat to do my upper body stretches. They even include a little cup that I can add eucalyptus or camphor to really help with sore muscles from a heavy workout. Also could add some decongestant scents in there and hang out for a bit inside when you fell the start of a cold or flu and probably minimize the duration and severity of the illness. This is the largest portable sauna I could find for my house and the material does hold the steam in well. It's handy to have around especially if you have room to keep it setup for the season.

This is a very nice sauna. It is also fairly portable, in some sense, in that it is not built into your home. You can pack it up and bring it with you, if you really want to, but, not many people are going to carry a sauna with them wherever they go. But, some people will.Does a nice job. Gets up to temp nicely. Has a good size to it. Fits me, and I am a pretty stocky guy, and my wife can even get in it with me, at the same time. Granted, she is very tiny, so it's not like there are two very large people getting into it at the same time.Chair could be more comfortable, but the fact that it comes with a chair is quite nice.Timer works well, and everything about it is nice. No leaks, no nothing. Does everything nicely.Has a relatively small footprint, so it can fit in most places. I placed it in my home office, out of view of my computer, so that it is not in view of my laptop. I want to sit in it during virtual meetings, but I haven't gotten to that level of not caring yet. It would make the meetings go by more quickly though.
