Small text size, but, it’s big enough for the task it was designed for. Allows me to move quickly from patient to patient during rounds, especially when I don’t have time to sit at a computer and log in the EMR.

This book is so helpful for my clerkship year in medical school. It helps me stay organized when I am gathering a history from my patients and then presenting. Keeps all my thoughts logical and just enough space for each patient!

I bought this notebook for my 3rd year of medical school. It has proven to be an awesome resource to use on rounds in the hospital. Highly recommend to any medical student working in a hospital setting.

This notebook is great! It's a nice size and has everything organized super nicely. The only drawback is that there isn't a ton of space for the subjective portion, but fortunately there's also a margin on the side for notes that you can use. The spot to write your 1-liner is great too!

There isn't enough space and doesn't work for my GYN/OB rotations. Bummed I spent the money on it.

I like the perforated sheets, lots of room to write includes common PE findings. Has been super handy for me on rotations!

It is blank notebook pages so you can write your SOAP notes. It was inferred that there was going to be helpful information. Save your money!
