I really like this mini axe, I originally bought it to help get the rough cuts for carving random things out of wood to be easier on my chisels but I realized it’s a little big and awkward for that. But it did great cutting down a few smaller trees and cutting up some fallen branches. Could be a little sharper would make it easier to use but it is fairly sharp for a factory edge, very sturdy, good weight behind it so takes less effort. It would work best for cutting kindling for a wood stove etc. you could cut down a tree with it if you’re dedicated and have the extra time to spare. Handle is fairly comfortable to hold and strong, easy to use. Over all worth the price.

This is another axe I picked up for hobbying; throwing and engraving. It’s assembled well, has a nicely shaped head with even lines and minimal profile in the cheeks. A great camp tool for sure.For my purposes, it’s a great foundation for the personalized touches; strong steel fit well to a good handle! Great value for both my purposes and the general user.
