Use this manually operated Jackson Safety hardened centering pin with a small hammer or mallet to tap the pin in for effective pipe marking.

I hardly ever use this tool because I work mostly with square material but when working with pipe or round material this thing is great and really cuts the time it takes to do lay out for me. Very happy that I finally spent the money to get it.

I ordered the same one I've used for years. Always been pretty reliable, seems to be more accurate lining it up with the top notch versus the bottom but I'll verify the true accuracy when I find the degrees of an arc with actual measurements on a pipe and update ASAP.

a little pricey but was exactly what i was looking for to lay out round tube so all my cuts stayed true to each other on round tube to build ladder

Wenn man Rohrgewerke nicht nur in einer Ebene schweissen muss, kommt man ohne diverse Hilfsmittel nicht zum Ziel. Das ist für mich eines der besten Helferleins, das es für diesen Zweck gibt.5 Daumen hoch!
