It works as advertised. I use it on my bench grinder rest when I need a certain angle. If you need something lined up or leveled buy it.

I don't use this much as a level, but more as an angle finder. You can't always trust the angle pointer that comes with table-saws, bandsaws or jointer fence. This magnet attaches to the blade or fence to accurately show if your bench tools are spot-on.I also like the automatic shut-off. The instructions that come with the unit or non-existent. Pretty much just a drawing. Once you get the hang of it though, it's really easy to use.
