You will love these guys & in 2 sizes!!! Stop hurting your wrist & fingers straining unnecessarily, just start out reaching for one of these, there is no struggle with jar opening, just make sure that it is placed facing the right way, only 2 choices so you got to get it right!!!

Works ok... kind of difficult to attach to jar or cup i need to open. Once you get it in place it works well.

I bought these for occasional use around the house. Minor plumbing repair and repairs requiring a non-scratching tool. they appear tough enough for my purpose. They will also work great for opening jars without destroying the lid and allowing restoration of a leakproof seal (the smaller wrench will work for most normal jars).

The handle is slightly curved at the end. This would be ergonomic if it curved in the direction opposite to the direction in which you apply force with your hand to unscrew a lid. Instead, assuming you hold it with your right hand, it curves in the same direction in which you apply force. This results in less leverage and is pretty awkward.I bought this as a replacement for a similar type of device that I've loved for decades, whose strap is fraying. That device had a slight curvature in the other (the correct) direction and was much easier to use.

A must have for both kitchen and shop! I'm 75 and have a difficult time opening new jars. This product takes the place of the strength and grip I have lost.
