This is a great product. Used it immediately when I received it! I'm pending shoulder surgery so my grip has decreased significantly and this has made opening plastic bottles extremely easy! I have to say however that there has been times when the handle width was wider than my hands allow (because of the bottle lid) so I would have to hold one side of the handle against my side and twisting the bottle/jar with the good hand. Hope that makes sense.

Doesn't open jars. We're seniors and have a hard time opening jars so we were very disappointed that the opener just slid around the lid and couldn't open jars.

I’ve had major surgeries on both of my thumbs. Both had something to do with an accident I was in long ago. I currently have trigger finger in one thumb, coupled with arthritis, the other a bone removed due to arthritis.This has made opening jars much easier for me. The end helps to pop the seal, so you don’t break the top of your knives!!
