This router table extension doubles the length of what I can turn. Most importantly it makes bowl insides safer to turn as my tools don't tangle with lathe parts. Fir the most part assembly instructions are great except that two extra bolts lacked instructions. Fortunately I quickly realized they were intended to attach extension leg to top bar.

Easy to put together.Seems to be very sturdy.Other than the lathe being heavy, was easy to mount.

I received this stand extension in black color, not the advertised Jet grey. Item is still functional as intended and arrived quickly in Jet branded packaging. Disappointed that it does not match what was advertised or my existing Jet equipment. I will think twice before purchasing Jet products in the future. Debating on return.

Beware: although this stand is very well made, it will not fit on my Jet 719202 stand I have my Jet 1221VS lathe mounted on. The Amazon stand extension 719203A product description and photo of the lathe with the bed extension on it show my stand model with an extension but when I received it, it does not look like the photo and it would not fit my stand. Called Jet tech support who advised there are two different stands and two specific stand extensions made for the 1221VS lathe and they are not interchangeable. So I had to return the extension. So, the photo on Amazon is very misleading and can easily cause someone to think they are getting the correct item but they are not. To further complicate, Amazon doesn't sell the correct stand extension Jet 719203 so I had to order it from another seller. On another seller's website they state the 719203A stand extension will only fit the 2017 model year Jet 719202A stand. Amazon sells that stand but doesnt currently carry the stand like I have which is what is in the 719203A photo on their website. How confusing is that?
