Great to have when shooting on location. I am sure it would be just as useful when shooting in a studio as well. However, I wish it had Velcro fasteners, and it was just a little deeper. But I would still recommend this product.

I was looking for a something to help stabilize my tripod and hold the battery I use for my telescope. This one is perfect for that and also lets me stash accessories easily.

Quality of material, stitching appears good. Nice little side pockets in addition to main 3 pockets. Stays on my tripod all the time, photography, video or glassing with optics when hunting. Secure attachment to tripod legs, adjustable too.

Good quality Tripod weight bag :)Since I'm living in Hawaii, I do take my camera and tripod to the beach a lot!I always had a problem to keep the tripod stable at beach, especially on windy days.This tripod weight stone bag works great to solve my issues.My use case is; I hung the weight bag on the tripod leg, then bring a 2 of 5lb dumbbell to use as a weight.In most of case, 2 x 5lb dumbbell works perfect, but in really windy time I add one more dumbbell just in case. Since the bag holds up to 44lb, you don't have to worry about the weight from those dumbbells.I never used the counter weight, but it's handy in case you need it.Also, I love the little extra pocket on the edge of the bag. You can leave the extra accessories there

I'm a HAM operator and often use my portable antenna for POTA events out in the field. My tripod is sturdy, but once I put a 17-foot antenna on it, it becomes susceptible to winds. This weight bag is just what I needed to help weigh down my tripod. It has pockets to slide my scuba weights into for weight. I can always scrounge for rocks to add weight if I forget my scuba weights. If I wasn't using it for my antenna, it also makes a great camera tripod accessory to hold all your accessories like lenses and spare batteries. At first, I was disappointed that the straps didn't have velcro. Then I realized that the slide-through buckles are much more secure and I never have to take the bag off the tripode. This is a must-have for anyone who uses a tripod.

Great product. Well-made from quality materials. Easy to install. Works great. Such a simple idea, but very effective. The extra weight lowering the center of gravity on the tripod provides a surprising amount of extra stability, and makes me more comfortable around it. I love that it can also be used for storing all the extra bits. Very useful, and looks good! Recommend.

it's a bit clumsy to attach to your tripod, but once you have it on, and don't plan to move much, its great for weighing it down and also handy for keeping small items you need quick access to
