As good as bowflex but half the price. My kids use these and they are easy to change weight and take up literally no space. Worthy buy.

I went to Dicks and tried a few other brands, this is nicer than both they had. Bow***x has to be adjusted on each end of an individual barbell...PIA. they did nest back in nicely when removed. The other brand they had was single adjustment (spin pick point) but nesting back in was terrible, was PIA.These ones have a single twist pick point adjustment and nesting back with other weights on carriage is good. Build quality and finish is good.

I was pleased about the grip and the weight of the dumbbells the Grip is very comfortable and it’s very easy to adjust the weight I like how it comes with its own stand and looks very slick when you put the dumbbells away A thing that ill note is that when you do a rep the plates sort of move but overall it’s better than other dumbbells I bought

I bought these in 02-24 and have used them 3 times a week through 11-24. I am very happy with the value and utility of these dumbells. No, they are not built like the well known names N or Bflex but they are no where near the cost either. I am 61 and have managed to really improve my upper body strength with easy to adjust weight settings and ultimate portability. The one issue is with the plastic tangs centered in the base of each bell (2nd photo. They plastic tang is wearing a bit so I use a small file or razor blade to keep the tang sharp. Works very well now. I am going to move up to a more robust weight set from these 25 pounders to a 55 pound set.

It really is easy to change. Grab the center bar, twist, and lift. Once you lift the dialed in weight, they feel like regular dumbbells'. They are a little bigger than regular dumbbells, and they do rattle a little, but they are secure, and easy to use. When you want to return them to the tray, with the unused weights, you do have to come straight down into the tray ... but, it is pretty easy to do. I picked these, in part, because the center bar is "curved." It fills the palm of hand. I wish these had been a little less expensive, but at the time, they were the best deal for a PAIR of adjustable dumbbells ... a lot of the alternatives were only a single dumbbell. And, sometimes, some things are worth a little extra ... and you get what you pay for. I am happy that I got these.

I absolutely love the Keppi Adjustable Dumbbells! The design is practical and makes it super easy to switch weights during workouts. The best part take very less space. Its quite heavy so Amazon did pretty great job at delivery.They feel sturdy, well-built, and compact, saving me a lot of space compared to traditional dumbbells. Perfect for both strength training and home workouts. Highly recommended for fitness enthusiasts!

The metal hand grips feel good in the hand and offer good grip. The dial selector is a bit particular that the dumbbell is resting properly in the holder, but overall is very easy to use. I really like the versatility of being able to move from one exercise to another without the cumbersome process of removing and adding plates, plus they take up very little room compared to a whole set of individual dumbbells.
