Zero stars!!!! I can’t even put it together it came stuck like this. Tried everything to get it off. Ordered smothered via refund and it has a completely different issue lol it’s an absolute joke. Try another brand of door lock just stay away! Complete waste of time. Wasted half a day on this junk. It’s unable to lock or open without the key in the door and can only remove the key in the lock position lol. So what’s the point of the keypad. Also the key only comes out in the lock position so how and i going to get in or out lol. Can’t make this up. So i can’t even remove the key to close my door. Also the inner lock can’t move the door lock so im locked inside my own house. Worst thing ive ever bought on Amazon. Zero stars ZERO! Stay away!

Positives--This lock is easy to install, easy to program, looks nice. Deadbolt with additional handle (no lock on handle.) Works by key, digital code, and fingerprint, as well as the interior turn knob. Nice features like one-use codes, automatic self-locking, One note: don't forget to press the reset button for three seconds before you program it, or it won't work. Negatives--I would not call it a smart lock. There is no working app. The lock cannot be programed or accessed from your phone. It does not keep track of who opens the lock or when; so if you have several codes and one is stolen, you won't be able to know which one, and will need to erase all your codes. Any one-time-use codes need to be programmed in advance, so if you need to let someone in unexpectedly, it's good to have a throw-away code you can give them. Most importantly, the interior face plate, battery housing and turn-knob are PLASTIC, not metal. Over all, it's a decent price for a digital lock, but if I had realized the interior parts were plastic, I would have spent more for higher quality.

This lock has made my life so much easier to use my door. I can just plug in my password and don’t have to worry that I may loose my keys. The keys are there as a back up

So this works ok. I've been wanting one forever and was very excited to get this one for Christmas. Our biggest issue is we can't program it to wait a certain amount of time to automatically lock behind you. You are supposed to be able to set it for however many minutes you want but no matter how many times we do it, it won't work. It locks within a few seconds so we are constantly having to unlock it again to shut the door. You can turn that feature off but my kids always forget to lock the door so that is one of the main reasons we wanted this lock.
