Fairly like this keypad. Doesn’t give me any problems OTHER then run the batteries down pretty fast to me! But it’s used alot. So I guess that’s fine. Just have a Costco size battery package handy, No fingerprint recognition but I knew that going in. Installed easy and easy to use/program and has a nice security feature where you can enter anything you want as long as it includes your code somewhere in the middle of the sequence and then press unlock it will react and unlock. Just in case someone is with you and is watching you enter your code! But easy to change codes. One thing I would say is I am not fully sold on the 6 digit codes. I like 4. But I guess that’s another security thing! Overall happy with my purchase!

This item seemed great at first. The batteries died after about 3 months, which was a little disappointing. Things just got worse from there. 9 months later, and we can't get batteries to last more than 2 weeks. I have attempted multiple times to contact the manufacturer, with no response. I just purchased a different one from Home Depot this time. Hopefully there I can get better customer service.

This lock works great and is very easy to set up. It took me less than 10 minutes to install once I read the instructions. The lock works great and you can use a passcode, app, or key to open the lock so you are never locked out. I love that it autolocks and you can create different passcodes for users.Overall I like that it also comes with an extra door knob to replace your old one. It is a good value considering it does everything a more expensive model does but cheaper and comes with more. The buttons are very responsive and the battery life is great.

Easy to set up. Comes in a nice package and feels premium. Has a nice feel to the buttons. Just as noisy as any other one I have come across. Only complaint is that it locks automatically and not sure how to just leave the door open. But I am still trying to figure that out. Most likely user error. Would recommend!
