This lock is great and looks really well made. Love that it is easy to install and easy to program it aslo comes with 2 fobs and keys. You download an app and connect your phone with that app then on the app you can unlock and lock the door while also adding fingerprint, password and keycard for multiple people! It is a fancy lock that is great for its price! It was super easy to install and the battery life is also great! Overall I think this product is amazing!

Not the worst product. It works overall. I wish the fingerprint option works. Nice that it can be unlocked with keypad, actual key, key card and through the phone app. Note: the phone app has to be Bluetooth range to where the lock is. Cannot unlock when you are not in the house.

I got this because my oldest lost his house key twice. It was easy to install and set up. The only tool I needed was a screw driver, and it took me maybe 30 minutes to install. It looks sleek and modern, and matches my ring doorbell. I have had no issues with the lock, it works every time. My daughter and I use the fingerprint scanner with no issue, but my son can't get it to work for him so he uses his personal pin. We each have our own pin, which was also very easy to set up. It was a great price for the security and ease.

So many ways to open the lock which is great. Easy to install and seems sturdy. More fobs can be ordered and the fob price is good. The instructions could be better. To add more people to the lock they need to have their own account first which the instructions aren’t good about telling you. I also didn’t see that a gateway is needed to add it to the internet. I wish there was a red and green light on the inside to let me know if it’s locked or not since there is no way of knowing when I walk by. And I can’t open the door to check since it unlocks it automatically. I’m use to seeing a button that is in or out. I do like that I don’t Ave to unlock it before opening the door though. Over all I really like it.
