The function is great so far overall satisfied with product. Purchase for rental which has been over year and have one for myself has been functioning for about 3 years now with no issues yet. The efficiency shut off time is great. noise level is normal no loud noise.

HEATS WELL - HAVEN'T USED A/C - VENT DOESN'T MOVE DOWN ONLY UP. DON'T LIKE MINE IS IN MIDDLE OF WALL AND VENT WON'T TILT DOWN. NOT AS QUIET AS I WOULD LIKE BUT OK

Awful. Tried two of them. We had to use an oven socket to make it work - so had to rewire everything. The first blew smoke out time we got it plugged in and wouldn’t cut off except the main switch. The second worked great for about a month, then caught on fire one morning. Made some popping noises, sparks, and burning. The plug and socket burned and melted. Had an electrician look at it and said the plug design was the problem from the get go.

I bought two of them. One for the store and one for my home. Reasons I bought them are because central air at my home and at the store broke down. Frequent repair costs are high and never resolved. This device works well at the store and at my home. It is highly recommended, very quiet and very powerful when generating heat or cold air.

This product was advertised as a heating and coolant unit. However; I caught major difficulties during this winter season, because the unit does not heat sufficiently. It does blow out good cold air in the summer time. I think that the product is labeled incorrectly, it should be considered a air unit only.
