Tenderizes meat easily, a few strokes only needed. Converts a cheaper cut of meat into a tender cut in a few seconds. Note, blades are very sharp, use care to not cut yourself. Hold only at top of tenderizer and use a cutting board below.

This tenderizer worked really well for the price point when using it on Venison Steaks. Cleans really easy in soapy water.

Easy to use, fast and works well to tenderize the meats! The blades are sharp and durable. It comes with a removable safety cover that protects you from the blades if used as directed (avoid bones!).There is also a cover for storage. Remove safety cover and clean well after each use! Pictorial instructions are easy to follow.I recommend if you like to tenderize your meat this way.

I got this hoping this might work for piercing pork belly skin to encourage a crispier skin. This, unfortunately, is not a solution to that problem, the blades do not go through or pierce the skin very well at all. It'll go through regular meat just fine but skin is a different story. Quality wise, it seems alright.

Quick Overview: Some folks spend a fortune on fancy cuts of meat. Others, like me, use a little Florida ingenuity and a whole lotta stabbing. This tenderizer? It’s got 48 razor-sharp reasons why your cheap steak is about to taste like a million good ol’ American greenbacks.Pros:- Simple and effective. Just press down, and boom—instant meat makeover.- Flavor-packed bites. The tiny blades create little highways for seasoning to sink deep into the meat.- Tames the toughest cuts. Won’t turn boot leather into filet mignon, but it’ll get you pretty dang close.- Not just for steak. Works on pork, chicken, turkey—heck, even venison if you’re feeling wild.- Sturdy as an old cast-iron skillet. No flimsy plastic here, just solid, durable construction.- Cleans up easy. Take the base off, toss it in the dishwasher, and you’re done—well, after ya run the dishwasher.Cons: It’s aggressive. If you’re the kind who tenderizes meat with a gentle pat, this might feel excessive. (But let’s be honest, that’s the whole point.)Tips:- For best results, cook tough cuts low and slow after tenderizing. Patience = juicy, flavorful meat.- Don’t overdo it on poultry unless you want shredded chicken before it’s even cooked. My Take: If you’ve ever wrestled with a tough steak or wished your marinades actually soaked in, this is the fix. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and makes a huge difference in how your meat turns out. In short, if you eat meat, you need one of these.Grandpa Joke for the Florida Cooks:Why did the steak break up with the meat tenderizer?Because it was tired of being *poked* with so many questions! 😆Well now, pull up a chair and let’s have ourselves a little fireside chat, Florida style.Additional Info—Grandpa humor is like Dad jokes, only older and smells like a mix of Old Spice and last Sunday’s Gator fry.Now listen up, partner—bein’ a Vine reviewer means my words might just be the difference between you slappin’ that “Add to Cart†button or high-tailin’ it outta here faster than a jackrabbit in a rattlesnake pit. Also, fun fact: Uncle Sam ropes me for about 40% of the retail value in taxes, so don’t expect no sugarcoatin’—just the straight-shootin’ truth. Here’s how I break it down:â 1 Star: Nope. Ain’t happenin’. Would rather wrestle a greased-up hog.ââ 2 Stars: Slightly better than a Cottonmouth in your boot, but not by much.âââ 3 Stars: Meh. If you’re desperate and outta better options.ââââ 4 Stars: Solid. Does the job. Might even impress your mother-in-law.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 Stars: Hot diggity dog! Would recommend, buy again, and possibly write country songs about. And when I talk pricing, I’ve done my homework. No fluff, no hype—just good ol’ fashioned, honest reckonin’. ðŸ¤

This tenderizer is exactly what we needed for our kitchen! I love how easy it is to clean - simply undo the little wires at the base, and separate the different pieces. Wash, air dry, voila! It does a fantastic job tenderizing steak, we were pleasantly surprised at how well it worked! I'm planning on using this with chicken next, excited to see how they turn out! Very handy tool for your kitchen or grill!

I did some research on the effectiveness of these meat tenderizes and wanted to see for myselfthis looked like a reasonably priced tool, so I went ahead and ordered itI have to say it does workThere are 48 very sharp, but thin blades that penetrate the meat with a spring loaded handheld perforatorThe handle is solid but is not ergonomically sound and needs to be rubberizedSlips out of the hand way too easilyI watched a video on how to do this properly and you essentially pound the meat first vertically, then horizontally; then turn it over and repeatThis is what I did and then I marinated this London Broil for 24 hoursI then put this on the barbecue and it came out amazingThe perforations allow the liquid marinade deep into the beef and it really makes a differenceTenderizes even the most toughest cuts of beefI will be using this over and over againEasy to rinse clean with sprayer if done right after use
