I like the firmness it’s not too firm not too soft. It is very beautiful in appearance. I love the bears and the deer and the wildlife print on it. It’s very country cabin chic. It’s heavy and a little hard to bend into shape of the sofa but once it’s done, it looks splendid and beautiful, and I’m very happy with it. The mattress that came with the futon was so lightweight and thin so I checked this one out and it’s exactly what I was looking for the material is high-quality very satisfied with my purchase A+ seller

This futon mattress is attractive, comfortable and it fit our 25 year old futon beautifully. I love the construction and "hinge" which our previous mattress didn't have. Stays in place too! One of the best purchases I've made this year!

This futon mattress was purchased mainly for extra seating when we have out of town visitors. It is sturdy and is very comfortable to sit on. I've actually been using it instead of my usual chair/ottoman! I like the inner springs that give it much more support than the foam mattresses we have had before. And, the hinged springs make it instantly fit to the futon frame in the seating position, no sliding and it trying to form into the bed position like the foam mattresses. No need for pads to keep it in place. We've only had it a couple of weeks and haven't used it for sleep yet. I covered it immediately with an old quilt to protect the fabric. The fabric was a good quality as well with no observed defects. All in all, it fits our purpose perfectly.

This mattress was purchased to replace a tired worn one; our all-wood frame was still in excellent shape. After researching futon mattresses on Amazon, we settled on this one due to the spring-hinge design. So far, very happy with the design. Will update this review in a few months as to how it is holding up to daily use as primarily a couch shared with our Labrador Retriever,First I want to say how pleased I am with the fabric..if not the same as .. it is almost identical to the upholstery-like fabric we looked at on a couch at a local furniture store. Colors are pretty much as pictured. Second, it is reasonably comfortable. If used for overnight company I will most likely add a mattress topper. Last, but not least, this was a GREAT VALUE! Tip: if you like the pattern, I have seen this print offered as a zip-on cover! We are happy to have breathed new life into our couch futon!

We had to replace the original 8 inch cotton filled mattress because our dog always laid on the back to she could keep watch on her yard. She only weighs 25 lbs but over the years the mattress just collapsed. This replacement has worked very well. Guests have only slept on it once but they said it was fine for a night. It's also comfortable to sit on.

This futon mattress is extremely comfortable, attractive, durable easy to clean and I love the way it is configured/designed so that it folds very easily from bed to couch. I'm only giving it three stars because I am absolutely dumbfounded at the cheap, little stick/twig buttons they have decorated it with. Their website photos just don't clearly show these "buttons" and what they really are. I've had this thing less than a month and, sure as rain is wet, an article of clothing, a pillow or blanket (or something) has snagged one of the little stick-buttons and pulled it right off! I did complain to the company and they gave me a partial refund because I just didn't want to go through the huge hassle it would be to return it due to the heaviness and bulkiness of the item. Too bad - it is otherwise such a quality product.

*3 week update-Took about 6 days from purchase to arrive.Came in a large bag rolled up.Isn’t totally vacuum sealed just tightly rolled.Once I removed the inner shrink wrap around it almost immediately came right back to a full 8 inches! About 7 1/2 along the outside rim but exactly 8 inches in the center.Fit perfectly on my full KD Studio frame I also got from Amazon separatelyIt is as firm as expected as I had innerspring futon before. Will be perfect for seating and more firm for sleeping. There was no smell other than the newer linen smell that’s expected with any new furniture. as reported by others the Aqua color is a little more like a blue Jean color but still noticeably teal tint to it. The material is very high quality with a different fabric on bottom that stops it from sliding around. It’s stays put no problem on natural wood frame. I can’t speak to how comfortable the fabric is tho as I use afityed sheet and very thin topper on it. I have a total of 3 weeks of sitting and sleeping on this. I’m 6’3†195lbs and it’s the perfect level of firmness for me. Doesn’t show any signs of wear or denting even tho I’m a side sleeper. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a firm, sturdy, and stylish futon with innerspring.
