The full-time matches come separately it’s sturdy. It’s very well-made although one of the buttons popped off already it could be sold back on comfortable to sleep on great for the cost.

This never flattened out after being taken out of the box and laying flat for 48 hours. Every time someone sits in it, it gets bunched up and lumpy. Has to be rotated on the daily as it is used daily. Very dissatisfied, this thing is too bulky to send back though. Very disappointed. Especially for the price that I paid for this thing. I was informed yesterday, November 12 that yo shoot was offering me a full refund. No instructions on how it will be refunded. Again, I cannot return this as I don't have the ability. It came in a 2 x 2 x 2 box and is now an 8 inch thick full mattress that I am unable to even lift by myself. How do I return this? I want my money back.

It wasn't completely padded with the material used inside of the mattress!

Most futons are uncomfortable and have very little padding or cushion. This cushion is nice and thick. It's comfy to sit and sleep on. Someone liked it so them, they said they are ordering one because it's just what they wanted. Buy it and you won't be unhappy.

This mattress did not keep the look in the sale photo. It tagged along with the frame to the point where it began to droop. Very disappointed in this product as it relates to the price paid. Uncomfortable sleep. Lack support along with the frame. Very disappointed in the quality. Not worth the price paid.

Sunken in. Button looking things; fell off. My body hurts super badly from using it (trying ti make it useabke & confortable). Ä° want a refund honestly. My children even said their backs hurt and do not like it.
