Well made decent deal for the price, I’m not a pro wood crafter. I’m just a DYI guy

I used this jig all weekend and cut about 30 pocket holes. I screwed it to a 3/4 piece of plywood and placed all my work items in the tool. I used the HSS 3/8 drill bit that came with the product. Solid construction that this journeyman carpenter really enjoys. It'll last longer than I will! Good tool and worth every penny.

I bought a much smaller Kreg for a project, but that pocket hole jig needed more experience and more tools to make work - at least for me. This Kolvoii pocket hole jig has good instructions and all the parts you need to make pocket holes including some drill bits and driver bits.I wasn’t making screw holes - I needed a jig for pocket holes for wooden coat rack pegs. I had a big bag of small wooden honey dippers that worked great for my DIY coat rack gifts with a honeybee theme.Since then, I’ve used this jig for its intended use. One of my favorite YouTubers, Haxman, uses his jig all the time, so I’ve adopted some of his techniques. I will say that my jig is doing a great job at what I am sure is a far more economical price.

Works pretty good but takes some adjustment time in order to work properly. The main guide body slides up and down in the base. When all the way down it doesn't work because the drill bit doesn't go deep enough to actually be able to bury the screw. Once raised it doesn't really leave a lot wood left to attach your piece so it's kind of a catch 22.I believe it's because it's at steeper angle than my others though I haven't compared them side by side. This could be a good thing in some situations where the head of the screw not bring past flush on your material isn't an issue. You can get longer screws in that way.Other than that it works as expected. The clamp is easy to set and use. You can screw it down to a table top if needed. And you can slide the main body out and use it separately if you want. Not bad.

For this amateur, I find this to be an exceptionally well made tool, that when used properly, will provide precision results. From a price perspective (currently $56), this model strikes a good balance between cheaper units, and of course, more expensive big-name units. As an amateur, this tool exceeds my expectations and it has versatility as well that it seems some other brands out there don't have.

This is a nicely made jig and case for making pocket screw holes. I have used it a couple times now with great success. Good quality metal construction. I would recommend this product as a DIY woodworker.

Used this for a set of drawers recently, was really helpful and the pocket holes quite stable. One thing I didn't like is that there is only 1 drill bit size, and it says it works for 5/8" material, but in reality the head of the pocket screw stick out slightly (1/16" or so) and thus you can't get a truly great finish. It still worked well and looked nice, but I would use on thickener material for this size drill bit.
