I had recently remodeled my master bathroom. I wanted a shade for the windows that was not only beautiful but also easy to use and offered privacy. This shade is all of that! I opted for the black out option as my windows get quite a bit of sun. It also backs to my outdoor deck and I needed privacy. This shade is well made, easy to install and beautiful. I installed this shade by myself and in a matter of minutes. The navy fabric is a good quality material. The backing is a beige color. It completes the look of my bathroom and complements the decor beautifully. This shade gives me everything I was expecting. The shade fits my window perfectly and operates flawlessly. I am super happy with this purchase and am confident I will get many years of use from it.

I have now ordered these Roman shades 3 times, I’ve gotten both the light filtering and the black out versions for different homes and different rooms. The sellers are AWESOME they completed our order so quickly and were able to ship them to us quickly as well. They look great, work great, and we’re easy to install. I feel like they are also priced very well for custom sized shades. Would definitely recommend them, and will be using them again in future homes I’m sure!We have gotten the black out and light filtering versions and both are great!

I ordered the ones that are not completely black-out and they are perfect. They let just a little bit of light in. They fold up nicely and the size was exactly right.

These are very easy to install yourself , the quality is ok . I wish the color was better posted . It looks beige in the pictures , but is more khaki. I will probably keep them but I should have ordered the ivory . The fit looks custom . So I would order them again .

Ok, ordered, received, put them up. The fit was ok. Pulled them down, almost complete darkness except the edges weren't straight. So I tried to put them up. Nothing. Checked the install, everything looked good. Contacted customer service via Amazon and since I couldn't send the pics they requested, I had to use email outside of Amazon. So basically, they asked me to take pics of how it didn't work. So I took pics and video of it hanging there and my hand trying to raise it. They kept sending me videos of how to work it. Their videos showed the mechanism outside the shade, and very thick strings (or very thin ropes) attached to the shade through pulley eyes. In the video, they could pull the ropes and it would wind up and down. On my shades, the mechanism was inside the top of the shade and there were thin threads, and since they're hanging against a window, it was pretty impossible to video the back without sort of holding the blind on your head. Manufacturer kept insisting on video. The only way to get a video was to take them down and video them on the floor. Unfortunately, while removing them, the top metal bar holding the mechanism was ever so slightly bent. Nothing mechanical and aesthetics were still good. However, that invalidated any chance of return. Not that there was really a chance of that anyway, because they were busy sending me videos of the same thing which wasted every bit of if return time I might have had. And I say might, because the manufacturer has to approve the return and they were so very obviously not going to do that.After that, I bought new blinds from a local business. They cost twice the price, but included installation and they are top down, bottom up. Don't waste your time and money on these blinds, they're the worst and they'll just end up in your trash!!!

Excellent Product Warranty & Service - I ordered 6 blinds, one of which did not fully extend. Ada (the LANTIME Rep) was courteous and professional and had a replacement blind made and delivered within 2 weeks. Knowing this firm is reputable, I plan to order a few more shades. We love them (we have the fabric backing) due to their "black-out capability, attractive construction, and ease of operation. Highly recommended. And confident that if there is a problem, their warranty is gold.

I measured as instructed and they sent 1 shade first to make sure I liked it. I held it up to the window it seemed ok but I was concerned about fit with the outside mount. When I got someone to install (I’m disabled) they were a bit short. So the installer tried to adjust. It comes with tiny pins (don’t even know where they are now) that need to be inserted into a tiny hole in the ‘motor’ first. he didn’t see that so the strings went up and the motor broke leaving the shade useless. So I got a replacement shade from Home Depot that’s same color, just as nice, doesn’t have motor that breaks and way cheaper! I recommend the shades from Home Depot instead of these. I made a mistake buying them. ☹ï¸
