My 8 yr old travel trailer skylight had 3 or 4 one inch long hairline cracks in it, probably from UV exposure. The cracks were in the flange area. I did not really think the water was coming into my bathroom through these small cracks, but it was POURING in from somewhere! It was dripping from the ceiling opening for my bathroom A/C vent, about 3 feet away from the skylight. Anyway, I used this stuff to spray the cracks, including the entire flange and up onto the skylight about 2 inches all the way around. I did not bother to clean the surfaces first. The directions say that the product can be applied on a wet surface, and my surface was wet. We have had numerous heavy and blowing rains since then, and there has been no water entry whatsoever. This stuff was easy to apply and it works great! One downside though - The can, like most spray cans, when almost depleted of material, cannot be sprayed upside down or even when it's held horizontally. This makes applying the last of this expensive material difficult and messy.

I bought 2 cans of this product from a local RV dealer to seal a patch on my EDPM RV roof. The sealant was drying inside the spray nozzle! I completely plugged up 2 nozzles before I have even used half a can. What did come out was stringy and grainy. It was drying before it ever hit the roof surface. And I was holding the can only 4 to 6 inches from the surface. The 2nd can plugged the nozzle before anything sprayed out. Thus product turned out to be completely useless. A passerby suggested I hold the can perfectly vertical. How will that work when I'm working on a horizontal roof surface? A complete waste of money. And at $20 a can, not a cheap one either. Don't buy this.

The full can doesn't go as far as I would have hoped and all my cracked were open again the next morning. Plus this is similar to a product you can pick up at Wal Mart for half the price.

I was skeptical about this product, but it ended up working quite well. I used it on an old RV and it did a good job. You have to be patient when applying it and not go to fast.
