I bought two sets of these casters in separate orders for two office chairs we have. The casters were basically frozen, the chairs were difficult to drag across the floor. The stems on the new castes were about 7/16 x 3/4 which matched my chairs. Easy to install using a flat blade screwdriver as a pry bar. Both chairs were fixed in about 7 mins each. And the roll very freely, and the ball-bearings around the stem makes it easy to change directions. Not cheap, but worth every penny!

Easy to install, looks great, and rolls great on both carpet and hardwood. I used these to replace the wheels that came with my secret labs Titan Evo gaming chair. Highly recommend!

Nothing to complain about here. They work. I put these on to my Secret Labs Titan 2022 and they fit like they were made for them. The blue isn't quite the same as the blue in my chair but not far off. They roll well. Hopefully they hold up.

The wheels were very easy to install, just popped off the old ones and popped on these ones. It made my chair very quiet when rolling and I don't have to worry about scratches on my hardwood floors, however, there are a few things I wish I had known before buying. First, these new wheels unexpectedly raised my chair a few inches in height, so now my thighs are flush against the bottom of my keyboard drawer on my desk, making it very hard to work comfortably. I'm going to have to raise my desk, get a new desk that will fit, or go back to the old wheels... none of which are options I'm excited about.Also, if your floor is even remotely unlevel, your chair is gonna roll and it will roll often. The second I stand up (even if I don't push back against the chair to stand), my chair slides backward and hits the wall behind me. If I'm not centered directly in front of my desk, I will start rolling sideways in the direction my floor is slightly slanted without any prompting. Now, my floor is BARELY uneven—I'm talking about maybe a millimeter of a slant—and it's doing this, so these wheels must have little to no friction with the ground. I want to take it on the highway to see how fast I can get the chair going before they fall off, but I'm being told by my husband that it's a silly idea. We'll see.

These are a great upgrade to an already good chair. I have them on Glass and they roll smoothly. One warning, they are about an inch taller than the normal wheels. I am 5' 8" and my feet are flat on the floor at the lower setting. If you are a bit shorter they may not work for you. My wife is 5'4" and it makes the chair too tall for her.

Ordered 2 sets of these for 2 office chairs 4 years ago, they're still amazing on glide and look - they never get stuck. One set was for someone who was almost 300lbs, no issues there. I'm half that, no issues. Ordered another set for an office chair in my other house, still great on carpet. Plastic mats are soo annoying! I highly recommend these, i wish I could swap these for the awful spinners on my luggage.

Easy and quick to fit, I purchased these for a second office chair in my house after getting a set and trying them for a chair on a hard wooden floor. I use this set on carpet and they still move smoothly and silently and they provide a much better ride than the original hard plastic wheels. They look like they will last forever too, definitely will outlast the chair. So even if I buy a new chair I'll just swap the wheels to the new one.

These literally arrived 10-minutes ago and I installed them right away and I'm actually blown away at the difference!I've had this chair for probably 10 years now and never even considered changing the wheels until I recently noticed how loud they were through the floor when my partner was using my desk. I looked these up and sat on it for a couple of months (no pun intended), but I wish I'd bought them instantly.Not only is my chair now basically silent, but the glide is fantastic - something I didn't even realise mattered to me until now!They were very simple and pretty quick to install, even with my old wheels needing a little persuasion with some long-nose pliers to lever them out. Once out, the new wheels just slide in. They look and feel really strong and well-built, and I'm now gliding around my office like I'm on ice.I'm very rarely this impressed by a product, and it may sound silly as they are "just" a set of wheels for a chair, but this is possibly one of the best investments I've made this year! At least in terms of quality of life improvement.I wish I appreciated the need for these sooner, I wish I had these installed from the start, and I'm low-key excited to sit at my computer over the next few weeks!
