This is a very difficult product picture quality. Couldn't tell you stored capacity, couldn't tell you card? Reader couldn't tell you speed, couldn't tell you USB port couldn't tell you card. Reading quality is trash. Since I cannot tell you, this product decided that it did not want to work

Depends what kind of flash drive you want to attach. I was using the USB flash drive on a 2nd generation 2017 iPad Pro. So the San Disk app wouldn’t cooperate. I just needed to take an alternate route to open the drive and access the USB flash drive. Opened it up no problem to view the information and that’s what counts. Also attached the Lightning power cable first and USB drive before plugging it into my iPad Pro. Wanted AC power to keep battery power from draining while having to view the information contained on the USB drive. Price was right and worked well. That’s what counts. I count give an evaluation of card readers because I didn’t test any other ports. They probably wire reels too. Especially when you’re dealing with a lightning connection. I can recommend it because the price was right and the connector function well. I just don’t give out 5 star evaluations unless I’m dealing with exceptional equipment. Also as I mentioned I didn’t test any other ports.

I think the multi use is helpful. It’s worth the money, you do get your photos fast. It does read the memory card well, the cable length is a perfect size to me.

It's plug & Play but very slow even just jpegs onto an iPad pro takes a while so, if you need speed, this isn't for you.

Work great with latest IOs (access to all type of media), but if i remember i had trouble with older IOs (if i remember i had ""OS limitation"", but i think i had access to pic and maybe video, the prob is not the unit but older explotation system, quick test here, my iphone 6 wont show my sd card, but my 6s will (the Iphone 6 is IOs 12.5.6 .. Iphone 6s is IOs 15.7.1)Will work with out a power connected, but you will drain you bat faster depending what is connected and it's power demand (a sd will ask less power that a usb key with led, for example)i would buy again if i need a other unit

I inserted the micro sd card and it went all the way in. I tried to push it for the spring effect so that it would pop out….but it remained inside. After a lot of struggle with this reader it threw out the sd card when I squeezed its main body. I will not risk putting a sd card that has precious memories/ photos on it.
