Works well, is compact and data transfers are much faster than previous readers. Very good price. Should work with USB-C equipped phones and tablets.

This thing is as easy to lose as you’d expect so you probably want a place for it. But it works exactly as advertised and is smaller than a lot of other options. For the price it’s a good quality reader too. Just make sure you can actually use USB-C on whatever you’d connect this to.

Tested the card reader as soon as I received it. Took some photos with my camera then removed the memory card and plugged it into the Anker SD card reader and that into my MacBook Air. Worked fantastic the first time. I had no issues with heat or corruption of the photos. It was great the first time. I don't know why some people are having issues but my experience was flawless. For the price, this is a very good device.

I bought this in 2020 and it still works great 4.5 years later. No degradation in speed. It's a reliable, handy tool for geeks.

I really like the Anker SD card reader 2-in-1 USB-C. It works perfectly and is super fast, making it easy to transfer files from my SD card to my computer. It’s compact and convenient, which I love. However, I had an issue with durability. My computer fell off the couch, and the card reader bent and broke before I even had a chance to use it. I’m really disappointed about that because the performance was great. If you’re careful with it, it’s a fantastic product, but just keep in mind it might not hold up to drops or rough handling.

I bought this to complement my Anker 6-in-1 USB C Hub, which did not have an SD Card Reader. My workflow doesn't require reading SD cards often. But when I do, I can't think of a better accessory maker than Anker to have on hand.Pros ðŸ‘- Beautifully designed.- Well made.- Super compact (see photos).- Reasonably priced at $13 MSRP or on sale for $10.- Transfer Speed: Plenty fast for what I need!Cons 👎- None!- I just wish it had a pinhole LED light to let me know it's ON when it's connected 😅The Bottom Line ðŸ§Just buy it! If you're a pro photographer, you already know what you need. Needed this as my computer does not have any SD card slots. They worked well to get access to my SD cards on my computer.
