The first time the cats tried to use it, they were looking for something to sink their claws into, so even the the surface is reasonably textured, they were slipping off. I used some carpet tape and cardboard to give them something to grip. Now if only they'd use it instead of launching themselves out of the box at mach speed...

I needed a ramp for a cat that is a bit more handicapped than the others to get up there since the robot is so tall. The ramp ramp is fairly large and comes out kind of far from the robot. I would say it's dirty but it doesn't exactly clip into anything on the robot it just kind of sits on the rim of it which doesn't seem very safe for my heavier cats. Not sure how I feel about it I took it off since it made it so large for the bathroom where I have the litter robot my little handicap cat can still get up on it with just a little step so until his condition gets worse or one of the others needs it I will just hang on to it for now since it was so expensive.

After I bought and installed this on my litter box 4 a year after owning it. My cats are now afraid of the litter robot. I took it off and they started using it again. It's an overpriced hunk of plastic that probably cost less than 5 bucks to make. When I tried to return it I found out even through Amazon $20 will be taken out of my refund. What a scam!

Our 12-year-old, very suspicious cat had no trouble adjusting to the presence of this ramp. It helps to control litter scattering as well.

My kitten was struggling to use the litter robot because of the height. These stairs fit the unit as expected, and he is happily using them to get into the litter box.

clips on nice and secure, works like a charm, although you cant use a fence with the stairs

I bough these because the step on the litter robot is steep and short. It makes it easier for my cats to get in and out without having to jump. As my cats get older I try to avoid unnecessary strain when I can

Good product but litter sticks to it like crazy. With they had made the stairs of the same material they make their Mats with.

my cat finally used the robot after adding the stairs. good size for my larger cat but $100 is a bit crazy.

Once I figured out which piece went where it was super easy to put together my cat (13) is slightly arthritic and it does help her get in and out of the little robot and it seems to reduce tracking, which is great because she’s a slob.
