I purchased this for my son who lives in a three family house and he wanted to keep his mail seperate from the other families. It comes with three keys and the style and size is just right. My husband put it up in 10 minutes, it was quick and easy. It's a good purchase and I would recommend it.

I needed to upgrade the mailbox for my one rental property. It had a 40+ year old mailbox that had been repeatedly smashed, pounded out, repainted and remounted, so kinda' long overdue. This looks and mostly feels like mailboxes that are around $ 90.00 to $ 120.00, so it works very well and this is a nice upgrade to go along with all our other upgrades. It was easy to mount, also and I made sure to put it someplace a little more sheltered. It is somewhat flimsy compared to standards of 20+ years ago ( the bar 'spring' for the mail slot and the nickel-plated pull aren't top shelf ), but it's good value for the money. I used different screws to mount it than were provided, but I also had to attach it to the side of the house, drilling through stucco and stone. I would recommend this mailbox and would buy this again, in fact. It has a slightly textured surface, which might stand up better to airborne dust and not scratch or rust so easily. It looks really nice. It also came with three keys, so I gave one to the tenants, have one for me and a spare.

I really enjoy this item. It withstands central New York weather and also keeps the crack heads out. I highly recommend this item to anyone.

It’s the right size, it’s stable, it doesn’t have a little view window to see if there’s anything in the box but that’s OK

This mailbox is way to small the mail sticks out so anyone can take your mail. Plus it doesn't fit all the mail in your box. Not happy with this mailbox. Don't waste your money on this one. Hope I can get money back on it.
