Buy this to repair threads on a Yamaha Blaster Crankshaft. It saved my crank from the last owner damaging its threads. Works perfect for it. Well worth it. Just use vise grips around it to avoid buying a larger die handle.

This shipped really fast, I needed a 12x1.25 tap/die to retread/chase the rear hole on my F20B DOHC VTEC Engine Post mount. It’s an odd size not widely carried, no hardware stores in my area had it. Once it arrived I put my mount on a Vice grip and retreaded the hole with ease, it’s sharp and sturdy. Did not give me one issue during retread, thank you!

Cleaned the threads on stabilizer on a tractor. No problems starting or cutting. I haven't used the tap yet, but the threads seem alright on it as well.

Well machined, did the job to repair aluminum thread in abs pump module. Better repair than try to force and break the threads!
