PGMFI relay. 2002 Accord no start or shift from park. FIXED! I had an intermittent problem, not starting or shifting out of park. No shop could fix this because it was intermittent problem over the course of a year. Sometimes the car would quit while driving. I noticed if I press the brake pedal several times sometimes it would start and shift out a park. The relay is right by the brake pedal and would trigger from the vibration, I guess. watch a video online about how to replace. When removing the old relay, it is hard to push up and off of the bracket that is holding it in place, then you unclip the wire attachment. You have to lay on your back on the floor under the steering wheel to remove this relay. Took about 20 minutes is all.
