There is no great way to enjoy a mouthwatering marinated meat with family and friends like a well-seasoned grilled meat.
MTNZXZ meat injector helps you add an intensifying flavor to your chicken, turkey and brisket. 2-ounce plunger allows you to inject your marinade effortlessly.
To ensure you enjoy every bite with flavor, the injector has three uniquely designed marinate injection needle which penetrates deep to ensure even distribution. The needles are long lasting and sharp enabling you to enrich thick and tough cuts.
Mufti-functional Meat Needles:
- 6" (angled cut) for chunky marinades brine mixed solids.
- 6" (multi-12-holes) for liquid sauce marinades or brine.
- 3" (1 small hole) for smaller cuts of meat.

Used to infuse pure liquid sauce marinades into thick meat, for turkey, beef, sirloin; 12 holes make the whole meat full of marinade and taste more delicious.
6" (angled cut)
Used to inject large pieces of marinade/brine mixed solids (such as garlic) into thick meat. It is larger than the traditional bevel needle, and the large hole will never cause blockage.
3" (1 small hole)
Used to infuse pure and delicate liquid marinades into thin meats, steaks, and drumsticks; this is very suitable for sauces with fine particles.
Silicone BBQ basting brush
The basting brush is made of high-quality food grade silicone. The pastry brush resists temperature up to 446℉/230℃. You can use brushes to brush seasonings (great for vinegar, hot butter, egg whites, margarine, oil, basting sauce).
Tips for Injecting Meat
Before using for the first time, please gently clean all components with dish soap and warm water.
Lightly coat the O-rings of plunger, needle threads and gaskets with cooking oil or vegetable oil to help them glide more easily.
Filling The Marinade Juice In the Barrel
Unscrew the top cover of the plunger assembly and fill the bucket with marinade (use a spoon or pour the marinade juice into the bucket chamber). Once it is fully filled, turn the top cover of the plunger assembly clockwise back onto the barrel.

Tips for Injecting Meat:
- Before using for the first time, please gently clean all components with dish soap and warm water.
- Before using the marinade syringe, apply a layer of edible oil (such as canola, olive oil) on the wall of the barrel to make it easier to push and pull.
- While holding your injector, submerge the needle in the marinade and pull your plunger up towards you until its full.
- Needles with holes need to be deeply injected until the holes are covered by the meet otherwise you will end up messing up your clothes or face.
- When injecting your recipes, do not inject it straight but rather from the sides while aiming at the muscles.

The lager tips and sturdy construction, allows me to use chunkier marinades (like jerk seasonings ) and get them deep into the meat. Which leads to tons of flavor in every bite. The included brushes make cleaning a breeze. Highly recommended.

This is a great value for the money. My only complaint is, if you are not extremely careful, its easy to cross-thread the top when securing the plunger. It does not easily screw on and takes some fidgeting to secure it properly. This is likely due to the fine threads on the top and the plunger chamber.

Sent it back as something was missing, and it had too many tools in it for me. I think it would be better if it also came in a case

I used to inject my turkey with butter. I like it very much. Easy to used to assemble and right to dish washer.
