I used the MAXPOWER 3PCS Masonry Chisel Set to take apart an old outdoor fireplace, and these chisels performed amazingly well. I purchased this set, because we had concrete installed recently that I didn’t realize the edges were not cleaned up in some spots. Our yard is an awkward shape, so we have a 6 inch gap from the concrete and the fence and it drops down roughly a foot within the gap.I was able to chisel away the excess concrete that spilled out from the bottom of some of the framing when the contractors installed it.We also had concrete installed about 2-3 years ago and I was able to clean up some of the areas I needed to.I also used these to cut a 3 inch retaining wall cap in half(close enough to half) and worked well!Easy to use. Grip is good.The area to protect your hand seems like it possibly won’t hold well if you used these very often. The chisel themselves are durable.

I’ve been using these for a couple weeks. On very hard rock. I believe the hardness is around seven. seem to be decent quality no complaints here.
