I recently picked up the VIXAVI Metal Scribe Tool pack, and overall, I’m happy with how they perform. The scribers are sturdy and work well on a variety of materials, including wood, metal, plastic, and glass. The tungsten carbide nibs leave clear, precise marks, making them great for detailed work. The added bonus of a magnet is handy for keeping them in place or for picking up small metal pieces, which is a nice touch.However, I did notice that the replacement tips tend to fall out a bit too easily. While it’s great that the pack comes with 12 extra tips, it can be a little annoying when you’re using the tool and the tip pops out mid-use. A more secure way to lock the tips in place would improve the overall experience.Despite that small drawback, the scribers work great for the price, and I’d still recommend them for anyone needing a reliable tool for marking on different surfaces.

The tips are replaceable and you will loosen up if you don't make sure they are tight.

Have drawn about 10 feet of line in bar stock and plate, have not had to replace the tip. Better than using Tig Tungsten.
