They don’t pierce into the 22 Gauge wire through the plastic wire coating. So disappointed. I’ve pried them back open and inspected the wires with a magnifying glass, and they are untouched, even though these were snapped shut with a pliars to ensure it was tight.Hoping another brand will work as advertised.

These work fine to connect LED strips. But, you have to work very carefully to insure a good connection and every once in a while one has to be removed and reconnected. I’ve used different brands of clips and they all are tricky and none are perfect. These are fine and if the price is right, go for it.

Used this on two separate LED strips to wire a bathroom vanity backlit light and they worked perfectly. Easy to work with and seem to be of high quality construction. Highly recommended for any COB LED project.

It’s nice that these cob connectors are reusable, as I’ve had a lot of frustration with others that can’t be opened again once they have been set.They have a very stiff closure, and require a fair amount of prying to get the mouth open again.It’s nice that they came packaged in a little reusable plastic box as apposed to a bag.
