What I had expected versus what I received is mind blowing. I had been shopping around for a heavy duty set and this surpassed what I have been finding! The size is great, the feel of the item is wonderful and heavy knowing there will be no slips or movement while grinding items. Awesome work! So excited to use this item

It's very heavy which is great for it's intended use. Imagine having one that slid around instead, and how annoying that would be. But this is very sturdy and reliable. Not to mention easy to look at.

This mortar and pestle set is beautifully designed and nicely made. The color is beautiful and the longer pestle make it a lot easier than some of the others. Ease of cleaning is great, the grip and texture is good as well and I do believe that it won’t chip or break unless you are trying to break it. It’s really an overall lovely set and works and does what it needs to

Very pleased with this 2 cup granite mortar and pestle - heaviness of the granite and the rough surface makes it easy to pulp ginger, garlic and pulverize nuts and seeds. Comes with 2 pestles and a non-slip base that the customer sticks on.
