This is a remarkable little tripod. I wanted something light, portable and straightforward for a tabletop type tripod setup just to use with my iPhone. Ulanzi delivered! While being incredibly light, I feel that this is a very durable tripod. Super simple to use. I also got the Ulanzi phone holder, and soon, I will be adding the quick connect claw connector so I can easily move my iPhone back and forth between this little tripod and the TT31 I have (also by Ulanzi).I have been very pleased with Ulanzi's photo/video gear and their quick connectors make it super easy and frankly imperative, to continue living within the Ulanzi ecosystem.If you're looking for a very small, sleek and portable tripod, with extension for vlogging, etc., I know you won't be disappointed by the MT-16. Beyond that, I do think the price I paid for this is bordering on a bargain, but I digress... I have enjoyed using this tripod, and I expect I will for years to come.

Instead of laying my Zoom R4 recorder flat on the tabletop, I wanted something that would hold it at a comfortable viewing angle. I didn't need anything heavy duty.This little tripod is very good for that.It's got a standard 1/4" screw mount, and the R4 has a mount on the back for that.The ball head is pretty position-able. It has a vertical notch so the R4 can be position perfectly vertical, but I have it tilted at a nice angle so I can see the screen while sitting down.There's plenty of clearance on the bottom for the 1/4" cables I have plugged into it, but if I need more room, the center post telescopes a bit.I wouldn't put a heavy camera on this because it's probably 95% plastic, and it's really featherweight, so I wouldn't put it in a high traffic area either, but it'll work fine for some situations. :)

This is a great quality tripod and would work well for a vlogging camera or smaller DSLR. I tried to use the tripod with my Nikon D750 and 35mm lens, and while using vertically or at an angle where the camera was not completely horizontal and flat, the tripod could not hold the weight.

Have been using this for a while for a more on-the-move mount, and all I can say is it's really good for it. It has a slight wiggle on the head as it's not secured very well and has a side-to-side motion where the tripod meets the top part. Just something to consider: not bad performing but just something that bugs overall, very well made and very compact.

I got this tripod for my Cannon V10 Powershot vlogging cam and I’m pleased with it. It’s compact and traveled well and it feels sturdy and well made. It doesn’t get too tall, but it’s great for a handheld or a table top tripod. I would consider a full size tripod from this company if one is available.

I returned a few others that promised all aluminum construction and other things and didn't live up to their claims. This is aluminum for the extending shaft and connections, and rubber / plastic with a nice grip and solid weight for the tripod. It looks nice on the desk, and works with both mini and regular size cameras and web cams. I would recommend.
