I use this to toe punch baby chicks. Works very well. Toe webs do not even bleed and holes are large enough not to grow back over.I recommend this for marking poultry. Very good tool

I had one of these before and it finally broke after a couple years use, and this was one of the better priced replacements I could find. Similar listings are twice as much with crappy reviews.I use this for leather crafting and it works really well. The spring placement does limit how far you can punch but not too bad. I prefer the ones with the spring on the handle.Just note that for leather, the thicker it is the wider the holes will be on top. I use these for stitch holes exclusively but I'd avoid using them on anything over 5oz thick. The holes will close back up some after hammering them down though.

I've been looking for a solid leather punch for a while... I read reviews and settled on this one. So far its been wonderful. It's sturdy to hold and has a solid but comfortable weight. The holes come out very clean with little to no material trimming. I would definitely recommend this tool at this price range.

Quality little punch for inexpensive a good price. Feels heavy in your hand and not loose or rattling like some I have received. I use this to help with my faux leather earrings, but you could use it for so much more. This tool helps make crafting fun and easy. Would recommend for beginners.
