Usage Guidelines
Welding Recommendations
1. Surface Cleaning: Wipe the nickel strips and battery terminals with alcohol to remove oxidation layers.
2. Parameter Settings:
Pot Welder: Pressure 0.3–0.5 MPa, pulse duration 3–5 ms.
Laser Welder: Power 300–500 W; adjust the focal length to penetrate the nickel strip without damaging the battery cell.
3. Quality Inspection: Visually inspect welds for solid connections; perform a pull test (≥50 N).
Tips:
Avoid Short Circuits: Use insulated tools during operation and store trimmed nickel strips promptly.
Storage Conditions: Keep in sealed moisture-proof packaging and store in a dry environment (humidity <60%).
