This is a very nice chuck for wood lathes. Comes with different jaws for different sizes of stock. Had started initially with just the live centers on the lathe and this chuck makes a big difference in working and convenience.High-quality product at a reasonable price.Would buy again.

I like that this one did not need an adaptor to fit. It is well made. I like that this one has a key that turns to tighten the jaws. my other one uses two levers to tighten it.It is easy to change out the jaws and they hold well.

The G3 works perfectly on my midi lathe. I’ve only used it once to turn a large box. So far, worth every penny I spent, time will tell

Previously purchased a cheaper chuck on Amazon and returned it, weak grab power, poor wrench engagement. This is a much better product, great quality, very easy to use. Made a bowl 2 days ago, 100% satisfied and would ++ recommend.

The chuck interferes with the indexing pin on my General lathe. I have to use a spacer washer. the unit is lighter than I expected.
