HOW TO UNROLL THE CHAIR MAT?
Unpack your mat and warm up to room temperature 22℃/72℉ (shower hot water or put it in the sun) for easier unrolling.
Once thoroughly warmed , unroll the mat onto a flat surface or floor. We recommend using two people or one people do as the step 3.
Pull the leading at your way from the mat and onto the surface. Then kneeling edging the mat to hold them in place. Grasp the open end and lift unroll.
Place heavy items such as a stack of books on the corners of the mat or any curled areas. Your mat will gradually retain its flat state, this could take 24 hours or depending on the environment conditions.

I bought this toy go under my whelping box for my puppies, to protect my carpet. It's heavy duty and keeps the carpet from having anything wet get on it. Great value for the money spent. I can move over with ease. It works great. I'll buy another one in the future

The mat is definitely heavy duty and should last many years. Unspooling this thing is NOT anywhere close to the product instructions. It's absolutely a 2 man job plus the recommendation to just put books on it is absurd. We had to put 300lbs of weights on it (from our home gym) for 48 hours, then put a space heater right next to it for more pliability. After 48 hours (24 hours is recommended which is wrong), I brought it to my home office but still have 50lbs of weights on one side. I'm now at 3 days with significant weight.Anyway, I think it will hold up for a long time but be prepared for prolonged flattening and have very heavy items ready (NOT BOOKS)!

I NEARLY RETURNED THIS ITEM BECAUSE IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO FLATTEN THIS PLASTIC SO I COULD USE IT UNDER MY DESK CHAIR. IT TOOK MUCH TIME TO MAKE THIS ITEM FINALLY WORK. AFTER MUCH WORK I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO SIT IN MY CHAIR AND USE THIS PRODUCT. YES, IT IS COLD IN UPSTATE NEW YORK & AFTER TWO - THREE DAYS IN MY WARM HOUSE, I WAS ABLE TO USE IT. IT WAS TOUGH IN THE BEGINNING, YOU WILL NEED A LOT OF STRENGTH JUST TO UNROLL THIS ITEM EVEN AFTER WARMING ITEM FOR 2-3 DAYS. AS OF THIS TIME, IT IS STILL CURLED ON THE EDGES BUT I AM ABLE TO USE IT..

Awful product! i am so mad that i got to write this for anyone who wants to purchase this item! You are gonna have a headache to make this flat! Those spikes are so sharp that you need to be extra careful!.. and once its “ flatâ€, your chair never rolls smoothly as it never gets flat.. so many bumps there that make you so frustrated every time you wanna move an inch with your chair! poor quality product!

Great for my home office! My chair is heavy leather with four caster wheels and it rolls perfectly on mat. Quality is good and I’ll get many years use out of it.

Wouldn't recommend this mat unless you are young and strong/flexible enough to get it unrolled. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn't able to try to unroll the mat till the return date past. It has been in a warm house for a month. When I took off the shipping "straps" and found the instructions, it said to let it warm up to 72 degrees, put it in the shower, or in the sun. Really?? I left it in front of the heat vent in my office for two days, and it's still as stiff as ever. Can't unroll it more than maybe 6". I'm a senior citizen and unable to wrangle the thing in/out of the shower. What a waste of time and money. Ordered another mat that ships flat. Never had a mat that was shipped rolled up before, so it never occurred to me to check that when ordering.

I have new carpet in my office so I wanted to protect my carpet when sitting on a chair as well has have cushioning for my joins when standing. Even though the mat indents when using the chair it springs back nicely and no damage left to the carpet, perfect.. Standing section is comfy and a lot more bare-able when standing for long periods. My only issue with the mat is it doesn't stay still on the carpet, every 30 mins on so I am having to reposition it.Is there a product I could combine with this mat to make it grip better?

Je ne voulais pas abimer mon parquet.Ce tapis est assez grand pour me permettre de bouger.Il m'empeche de rouler facilement en donnant cette légère adhérence, juste ce qu'il faut.Il n'est pas trop épais, je peux donc me remettre dessus sans soulever mon siège.Il est très esthétique.Il est construit come un tapis de souris, le dessous une matière adhérente, le dessus un tissus au maillage très serré et un surjet autour.

Bought it for home office to protect carpet but after just over a year it started cracking and by 18 months it was so badly cracked you couldn't roll on it and I had to bin it - a waste of money (and plastic)
