I am beyond pleased with this chair mat so far. Typically, I like to wait in order test out anything I buy prior to writing a review, but this time I couldn't wait.I work from home, so I am in my office all day. My previous chair mat was purchased from Office Depot for something like $30-$40, and within a couple days after bringing it home, the cracking started. After about 5-6 months, there had been so much cracking and buckling that my feet were starting to sometimes get scraped when attempting to move the chair. And moving the chair was almost impossible as it would get stuck in all the cracks. This does not work well when you are working between two different computers.Needless to say, I looked to Amazon to get a replacement instead of going to an office supply store. My new Cleartex chair mat was received a couple days ago, and there is a complete difference. Instantly, I could tell the quality is much better. The mat is very thick and not too pliable. Now my chair can actually move freely without much effort. For the last two days, I have smiled after sitting down in my office chair when I used to curse and grumble every morning. What a difference! It's weird to say, but I love, love, love my new chair mat!UPDATE: I've owned this chair mat for more than 2 years now with no issues or cracking. It is still in great condition, and I am back to order a second for my son's desk. Just FYI, we have very dense, medium pile carpet with a pad underneath. Given the density of our carpet, that may the be the reason I've not had any issues with cracking. Our carpet does not allow much "give" when standing or sitting on the chair mat.

I have a plush carpet, rolling an office chair on it was impossible... I weigh 300#, so I needed heavy-duty chair mat. More than what I wanted to pay, however the quality is great, I expect it to last for years.

This thing barely qualifies for low pile carpet. Literally slides on medium pile carpet because the studs are so stupid short. Sizing was off too, It's 35.5"x48" which is not a huge deal, but still misleading. The whole thing was misleading. I have to move this thing after every use at my desk because it constantly slides to the right while I'm working. If it doesn't fall apart in a year I'll be surprised, but if it keeps sliding I may just throw it away and find something that was actually made for medium pile carpet. I'm not giving this thing high marks for durability or sturdiness because why should I believe it is after everything else about turned out to be bogus.EDIT: After 5 months the mat has already cracked and has a hole in it. Probably because it couldn't grip a high pile carpet to save it's life. I've bought cheaper mats from that held up longer than this POS.

My previous mat was softer, letting the chair's wheels sink in, causing difficulty moving the chair. This mat has a hard surface and the chair rolls easily.

This is by far the greatest chair mat I've ever had, and I've had one before this!First of all, the mat is packaged in two HUGE pieces of corrugated cardboard. So not only is it well protected, but that cardboard has a lot of uses, if you do a lot of handy projects like I do. You can use the cardboard pieces as a garage floor cover, when you’re re-painting that old bench you own, with all the scratches. This cardboard really protects the floor from the messy paint! I also use the extra cardboard for packaging things I need to send back to Amazon (but not this mat, because this mat is super great!).Secondly, the mat is bumpy on one side and super smooth on the other side. I keep the smooth side up, because my office chair rolls much better that way. The chair would hardly roll on my carpeted office floor before.Finally, in case you might make a mistake, there is a little sticker attached to the mat, which tells you THIS SIDE UP, so you don’t make a mistake and put the bumpy side up. The bumpy side goes down, according to the handy sticker, because that way the mat doesn’t slide on the carpet, and your chair rolls smoothly over the mat. I especially liked how the tiny instruction "THIS SIDE UP" sticker was easily removable. Don’t you just hate it when they put stickers on stuff, and you can’t peel them off without turpentine, or paint remover? (Of course, you could use that stuff, but be sure and cover your garage floor first with that extra cardboard that comes with the mat). But no, you won’t need to do that, because the sticker removes easily.Overall, 5 stars for this mat!

Diese Bodenmatte haben wir für unseren Teppichboden im neu entstandenen Home- Office bestellt. Der neue Schreibtischstuhl ließ sich nur schwer rollen und der Teppichboden wurde stets verformt. Diese Matte ist ideal zum Schutz des Bodens geeignet. Der Stuhl lässt sich nun leicht darauf bewegen. Die Matte kam sorgfältig verpackt an. Es befand sich eine Anleitung zum Lösen der Sicherheitsarretierung und zum verlegen der Matte im Karton. Sie ist von hoher Qualität. Es war die richtige Entscheidung.Nun zum überragenden Kundenservice:Leider wurde beim ersten Mal eine andere Matte statt der bestellten Matte geliefert. Mein Anruf beim Kundenservice wurde prompt behandelt und die nette Dame kümmerte sich um die Klärung des Irrtums und die Ersatzlieferung. Die fälschlicherweise gelieferte Matte wurde wieder abgeholt, sodass mir der Gang zum Paketdienst erspart wurde. Normalerweise ist ein Kauf per Versand leider immer unpersönlich und anonym. Die nette und kompetente Kundenbetreuung machte es im Nachhinein zu einem tollen Einkaufserlebnis.

la forma es rectangular, no con solapa para pies. el material es resistente, pero ni mucho menos transparente, Bastante rugosa, lo cual puede ser bueno o malo.

Me gusto muchÃsimo y más el precio, la calidad es muy buena y el material de que esta hecho mucho mejor, policarbonato, y es un producto que no habrÃa podido conseguir en tiendas fÃsicas aquà en México. Llego a tiempo y la atención del servicio de paqueteria muy buena, pues hubo comunicación, tanto para corroborar la dirección de entrega como para la entrega misma. Gracias Amazon México.
