The range from the hub is limited so if you plan to install multiple sensors then you might need multiple hubs.We are also using several sprinkler controllers so we have multiple hubs. With multiple hubs the water sensors work great all around the house.Battery life is about a year with good hub connections. When one gets low, I change them all to keep in sync.

These were very simple to add to the app. The difficult part is getting them placed where you need/want them and still having a connection to the hub. It takes time to get them just right, move the hub and not lose connection to a leak detector in another location and get everything working happily. They have a bluetooth range of 30' according to the website and tech support, but if there are any walls, cabinets, floors, doors or furniture between the devise and the hub, you are pretty much screwed. It is like they designed them to only work in a field and not a house.

The product is great, but all five sensors came with essentially dead batteries.

These sensors are battery eaters. You cannot hear the locol alarm beeper. Tech support is completely worthless.

I've got several around the house. I like the small profile, that fits easily under the dishwasher and fridge.

Small so they can fit anywhere. Under washing machine. Tested them out by putting them in the freezer for the temperature and putting them in a puddle of water. Works great. Glad i purchased. Just wish the batteries didn't come half dead.
