Wife and Daughter (40+ y/o) had a bit of a time assembling. Not sure what it was, but once they figured it out all was OK, and this Fan is GREAT. It went into my Grandsons' room to provide air circulation in a west-facing room with an X-Box cooking in it. So far, it does all we ask it to. Would buy again.

Didn’t have any missing parts and very easy to assemble. The remote is great and as noted keeps the room cool. It does tilt a bit and you can oscillate if you want. My only issue is the light indicator of speed is super bright and very noticeable if you use at night. I put on an eye cover and it was fine but be aware! I’m going to try some tape over the lights!

Missing connecting rod and chipped on 1st order. Ordered a replacement the package was retaped & damaged, opened pkg remote was broken, connection to rod was broken off. Total junk, poor quality, poor customer service from the company.

The fan comes in a small box and is easily assembled in under 10 minutes. The remote is super nice and picks up over 20 feet away. Very nice fan with 3 major speeds.

The whole reason I got this was to have it sit at the top of my stairs and blow hot air down in the winter so it stays warmer downstairs and hot air down in the summer so it stays cooler upstairs. The tilt on this thing is maybe an inch. Nowhere near enough to get air down to the first floor. So I’ve stacked enough books underneath one edge of the floor stand to get it to point downstairs as much as I can without it tipping over. I like everything else about it, but the lack of tilt is ridiculous. They could’ve easily engineered this thing to do close to 90° of tilt.

Husband needed a new fan for his room, he's happy, so I'm happy. I notice it is always on the lowest setting, so it's powerful enough on this setting to do the trick for him. It has a nice appearance and was very easy to assemble. I do feel it is noisier then my fan that is a different brand but quieter than most fans in general.
